The kids talked me into stopping for ice cream after school. Somehow Cara got the biggest scoop!
It's hard to say "no" to these cuties.
Our orchids love this kitchen window! They all bloomed at the same time and looked so pretty. We have had the largest one for five years, and it is still going strong! They only look gorgeous for a month or two. The rest of the time they just look like sticks.
We were so glad to be able to visit Grandma and Grandpa Liau and Hattie and her family in Texas. We had a wonderful time. Frisco has really grown since the last time we were there!
These cute cousins had so much fun playing together. It was so fun to see Lauryn and Eliana.
A different view- Cara is just barely hanging on!
We spent the night at the Great Wolf Lodge. It was a really fun waterpark and hotel. In addition to the wolf ears, the kids got their own bunkbeds and a tv in their room. They loved every minute! Cara keeps asking to go back.
We also got to go to Medieval Times! We had so much fun. They had a live horse show with knights jousting and fighting each other.
The best part was you had to eat your dinner with your fingers- no utensils allowed. I knew Brett, especially, would love that rule!
Back at home, Brett performed a little Cinco de Mayo dance with his kindergarten class. It was really cute.
His class looked very festive.
Jason and his buddy at the end of school carnival. He has had a fun year in second grade.
Brett's six year old picture. Too bad he's almost seven!
This one is cute, too.
Jason is getting some orthodontic work done. He had an expander placed in the roof of his mouth, and it definitely is working! All of his front teeth have spread out so much and perfectly evenly. His smile kind of makes me laugh right now!
Eight years old and so much fun.
We went to another tournament- the Stanford Open. Jason pulled off a gold and Brett won a hard fought bronze. They are getting better and better! We are looking forward to Nationals in July.
