Cara's Birthday and Usegi Farms

This cute girl turned four years old!

We had to take some balloon pictures. This is the first year she cooperated with me!

She is just growing up so fast and is such a joy! She is funny, smart, and independent. It is so fun to watch her personality develop every day.

All she wanted for her birthday was Bendy. It's a really silly character from a video game that she has never played. It is supposed to be a little scary. She knows Bendy freaks Brett out, so that was a big selling point for her. She says if she puts Bendy on her bed, Brett won't ever come into her room. She's a little devious.

She is a girl of simple tastes. I told her she could have anything she wanted for breakfast. Her order was PB & J, monkey yoghurt and orange juice. That's it.

She had a great time opening gifts. Thank you grandma and grandpa Bailey and Liau for the lovely presents!

And, of course, a Darth Vader cake. We sure are lucky to have her in our family. We love her so much.

We visited Usegi Farms to get in the fall spirit. It was really crowded, but still fun.

Waiting for a hay ride.

Three cuties in the pumpkin patch.

Pony riding. Definitely worth the 35 minutes we waited in line. Jason's horse was named Target, and the lady leading him around kept asking him if he liked Target. He totally thought she meant the store that we go to almost every day and was so confused when she asked him if he wanted to pet Target. He finally figured it out after he got off the horse.

Derek had to work all day on Sunday, so I took these cuties on a Sunday evening hike. I thought for sure I would be carrying one on the way back, but they all hung in there and walked the whole way!
